Martin Matuška – brewer

He studied to be a brewer for Staropramen in Plzeňské pivovary, long-distance SPŠPT Podskalská, and he worked in Staropramen as well as in the famous U Fleků. He taught the technology of brewing in micro breweries in Denmark, Japan, South Korea and Tunnis, and now he brews beer in Strahov.

The courses on brewing beer take place under the patronage of the old brewer, focusing on production in a micro brewery. The courses can also be organized upon an individual agreement; the price depends on the extent and difficulty of the training.

The course covers the entire spectrum of beer production, the absolvent gains the experience, know-how, and will be ready to independently brew beer – and will be awarded the pertinent certificate.
