OUR BEER We like bold, full-bodied beers. We offer three unfiltered, unpasteurised beers on tap year-round: an Amber Lager, a Dark Lager and an IPA. We also brew seasonal beers that reflect the flavours and atmosphere of each time of year. Think refreshing American Pale Ale and rich, savoury Chocolate Stout. We brew with the finest Czech malts, yeast, and the best hops. From cold-hopping to wood ageing, we enjoy combining traditional and modern techniques. We are proud to hold onto our heritage, but we aren’t afraid to experiment! We do not filter or pasteurise beer. Currently we brew about 1,800 hectolitres each year, and 95% of this is enjoyed at our restaurant. But we also sell cans, so you can repeat your brewery experience at home. Want to know more? Smoked Sour Calamansi whisky-wood-aged
This beer was brewed using the "kettle souring" method. Along with Philipine Calamansi limes, smoked wheat and barley malt, we created a wonderfully refreshing and yet unconventional taste. The beer matured on oak wood with As We Get It whisky! Alc. 4% / 5 IBU / Hops: Saaz hops

Mild Mannered
A light English Mild Ale brewed in collaboration with Mason Brewing Co from Cornwall. Gentle bitterness, a malty body, and subtle herbal-spicy notes from East Kent Goldings hops. Alc. 3,6% / 18 IBU / Hops: East Kent Goldings

Weizen
Bright Bavarian Hefeweizen with a gentle haze, rich foam, and the signature notes of banana and clove created naturally during fermentation by a special yeast strain. The high proportion of wheat malt gives the beer its smooth body and refreshing character. Alc. 5,3% / 17 IBU / Hops: Saaz Special
