OUR BEER

We like bold, full-bodied beers. We offer three unfiltered, unpasteurised St. Norbert beers on tap year-round: an Amber Lager, a Dark Lager and an IPA. We also brew seasonal beers that reflect the flavours and atmosphere of each time of year. Think refreshing American Pale Ale and rich, savoury Chocolate Stout. We brew with the finest Czech malts, yeast, and the best hops. From cold-hopping to wood ageing, we enjoy combining traditional and modern techniques. We are proud to hold onto our heritage, but we aren’t afraid to experiment! We do not filter or pasteurise beer. Currently we brew about 1,800 hectolitres each year, and 95% of this is enjoyed at our restaurant. But we also sell cans, so you can repeat your brewery experience at home. Want to know more? Baltic Porter

A strong and complex dark beer with notes of roaster malt, caramel, dried fruit, and a subtle hint of chocolate. Its bottom-fermented nature gives it a smooth and velvety character with a touch of warming alcohol. A perfect companion for chilly evenings. Alc. 8,5% / 30 IBU / Hops: Saaz Special
