OUR BEER

OUR BEER We like bold, full-bodied beers. We offer three unfiltered, unpasteurised St. Norbert beers on tap year-round: an Amber Lager, a Dark Lager and an IPA. We also brew seasonal beers that reflect the flavours and atmosphere of each time of year. Think refreshing American Pale Ale and rich, savoury Chocolate Stout. We brew with the finest Czech malts, yeast, and the best hops. From cold-hopping to wood ageing, we enjoy combining traditional and modern techniques. We are proud to hold onto our heritage, but we aren’t afraid to experiment! We do not filter or pasteurise beer. Currently we brew about 1,800 hectolitres each year, and 95% of this is enjoyed at our restaurant. But we also sell cans, so you can repeat your brewery experience at home. Want to know more? Our Easter lager is brewed using a triple decoction mash technique with only one type of Czech malt and Saaz hops. Medium-fermented, medium-bodied, with a higher level of bitterness. ABV 5% / 40 IBU / Hops: Saaz hops

Smoked malt appears very lightly and is a good company for other used malts. Result is quite dry avor. As we get it Whisky and oak wood added to the fermentation. Alc. 6,3% / 50 IBU / Hops: Hallertau Ariana

ONE LAST BEER Triple IPA
This very strong Ale is perfect for slow enjoyment. You'll find a distinctive malt body and a hoppy bitterness in perfect harmony. The combination of our favorite varieties of hops creates a scent that goes from pine resin to fruit tones. ABV 10% / 80 IBU / Hops: Cryo-Citra, Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Mosaic, Amarillo, Centennial
