We like bold, full-bodied beers.
We offer three unfiltered, unpasteurised St. Norbert beers on tap year-round: an Amber Lager, a Dark Lager and an IPA. We also brew seasonal beers that reflect the flavours and atmosphere of each time of year. Think refreshing American Pale Ale and rich, savoury Chocolate Stout.
We brew with the finest Czech malts, fresh yeast, and the best hops. From cold-hopping to wood ageing, we enjoy combining traditional and modern techniques. We are proud to hold onto our heritage, but we aren’t afraid to experiment!
We do not filter or pasteurise St. Norbert beer. Currently we brew about 1,800 hectolitres each year, and 95% of this is enjoyed at our restaurant. But we also sell bottles, so you can repeat your brewery experience at home.

CURRENTLY ON TAP
Our pale lager is brewed with only one type of Czech malt and Fusion hops. Medium-fermented, medium-bodied, with a higher level of bitterness.
Alc. 4,3% / 30 IBU / Hops: Fusion
Medium malt body, medium bitterness, all malt. This beer represents 70% of our production.
Alc. 5,3% / 35 IBUs / Hops: Saaz Special
Well hopped, dry in avour, all malt. Our most award winning beer.
Alc. 5,5% / 40 IBU / Hops: Saaz hops
Session Hazy IPA
Brewed with Cryo hops to deliver an intense aroma without extra bitterness.
Alc. 4% / 25 IBU / Hops: Cryo-Idaho 7, Cryo-Citra, Cryo-Simcoe
Our Brewmaster especially recommends this heady, flavourful IPA. It has an intense fruity hop aroma with a balanced malt body.
Alc. 5,9% / 60 IBU / Hops: Cryo-Mandarina, C.-Mosiac, C.-Simcoe
Landcraft and Pivovar Strahov collaboration. We have carefully selected both traditional and unconventional ingredients: juniper, coriander, lemon balm, lemongrass, ginger, and citrus peels, enhanced by the addition of "Cryo-Citra" hops.
