We like bold, full-bodied beers.
We offer three unfiltered, unpasteurised St. Norbert beers on tap year-round: an Amber Lager, a Dark Lager and an IPA. We also brew seasonal beers that reflect the flavours and atmosphere of each time of year. Think refreshing American Pale Ale and rich, savoury Chocolate Stout.
We brew with the finest Czech malts, fresh yeast, and the best hops. From cold-hopping to wood ageing, we enjoy combining traditional and modern techniques. We are proud to hold onto our heritage, but we aren’t afraid to experiment!
We do not filter or pasteurise St. Norbert beer. Currently we brew about 1,800 hectolitres each year, and 95% of this is enjoyed at our restaurant. But we also sell bottles, so you can repeat your brewery experience at home.

We call this an antidepressant because it will cure your autumn blues! This beer, which is brewed with a fresh harvest of Czech hops, has a higher biterness, malty taste and hoppy aroma.

Antidepressant Black IPA
This dark variation of American IPA is characterized by its high bitterness and a dry aertaste. We've added an experimental blend of freshly harvested hops and Phantasm - a mix of Cryo hops and extract obtained from Sauvignon Blanc grape skins grown in New Zealand.

Smoked Sour whisky-wood -aged
We are pleased to present our brew of kettle sour ale! is brewing process involves reducing the pH level by adding lactose bacteria to the kettle. e ingredients of this brew include smoked wheat malt, Philippine Calamansi limes, and single malt whisky-infused oak chips.
