Easter Menu & Spring Flavours

Easter is just around the corner, and with it comes our seasonal special, Easter Pale Lager. It will be available from Good Friday, April 3, 2026, and we’d be glad to welcome you.

We brew our Easter lager with an emphasis on tradition and the lightness that naturally belongs to spring. The result is a fresh, highly drinkable lager with a gentle bitterness and a clean profile, perfectly complementing the first warmer days and the festive atmosphere. It pairs perfectly with traditional Easter flavours and, thanks to its drinkability, is easy to enjoy from the first sip to the last.


This year, it’s also available in cans, so you can easily take it with you. An ideal companion for the first spring days, a picnic on the grass, or relaxed moments outdoors with friends.


Easter Menu


Easter nettle stuffing with smoked meat, radishes, leaf salad, buttermilk dressing with wild garlic oil

Cream of young spinach, poached egg, cress

Pressed lamb shoulder braised in our Easter lager, potato terrine, carrot, roasted garlic cream, lamb jus

Mazanec French toast, vanilla sauce, strawberries


We’ve designed the menu to highlight both the character of the beer and seasonal ingredients. Fresh green flavours, tender meat, and a sweet finish come together in a harmony that belongs to Easter.
