We would like to introduce you to two new additions from our production in this short article. They are unconventional variations of juniper and hops, once in the form of beer, and the other as gin. Let's delve into a little more detail about them:
SOUR JUICY IPA
This beer brings a unique combination of juniper and Cryo hops, specifically Citra, Chinook, and Equanot. Initially, we utilized the "kettle souring" method, a technique involving the reduction of beer pH using lactobacillus bacteria added during boiling. We then employed Scandinavian kveik yeast for fermentation. A unique characteristic of these yeasts is their ability to ferment at higher temperatures, typically between 20 and 40 degrees Celsius. As a result, the fermentation process is more vigorous and faster. Prepare to be amazed by the captivating woody notes of juniper, infused during both the boil and the dry hop stage, harmonising flawlessly with resinous and citrusy undertones derived from carefully chosen Cryo hops. Sour Juicy IPA is currently available on tap and in bottles, so you can replicate the sensory experience from the brewery in the comfort of your home.

Another novelty we are excited to share with you is GINFINITY Cryo. Landcraft Distillery and Strahov Brewery have once again embarked on a happy collaboration, resulting again in an absolutely splendid distillate. We have carefully selected both traditional and unconventional ingredients: juniper, coriander, lemon balm, lemongrass, ginger, and citrus peels, enhanced by the addition of cryogenically modified "Cryo-Citra" hops, which have all undergone macerate distillation before being expertly blended in carefully selected proportions for perfect balance. Indulge in this infinitely drinkable gin, boasting sophisticated earthy and herbal tones finished with a refreshing citrus kick.
