Hopsoda: a new line of hop infused lemonades

At Strahov Brewery, we have long been exploring new ways to work with the flavor of hops beyond the world of beer. The result is Hopsoda, a new line of hop infused lemonades created in collaboration with Kauboy.

Hopsoda combines the refreshing character of an honest lemonade with subtle hop aromatics and a light, elegant bitterness. These are not typical overly sweet soft drinks, but non alcoholic beverages created with a focus on balanced flavor, quality ingredients, and high drinkability.

We are currently introducing two varieties:

Hopsoda Cola A modern take on classic cola. Its spiced profile is complemented by delicate citrus notes and a subtle hop finish that brings a pleasantly dry and elegantly bitter aftertaste.

Hopsoda Citrus A light and refreshing citrus blend with a brighter refreshing character. Gentle hop bitterness enhances the aroma and gives the flavor a clean and balanced profile.

For the production, we partnered with Kauboy, a brand built around a simple philosophy: quality local ingredients, minimal intervention, and maximum respect for natural flavor. They use fruit sourced from regional orchards, avoid unnecessary filtration, and use returnable glass bottles instead of disposable packaging.

An equally important part of their work is social responsibility. Kauboy creates job opportunities for people with mental or physical disabilities and supports an environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow, contribute, and find their place.

For us, Hopsoda is a natural extension of what we value in beer as well: distinctive flavor, honest ingredients, and products we are proud to stand behind.
