St. Martin’s goose feast at Strahov Brewery

Autumn at Strahov brings with it one of the most beloved Czech traditions – St. Martin’s feast. Starting Friday, November 7, 2025, our brewery kitchen will serve a festive menu celebrating the flavors of the season and the craftsmanship of Czech cuisine.


Expect the aroma of roasted goose, a comforting broth, and a sweet ending – all enjoyed in the historic atmosphere of the Strahov Brewery, accompanied by our craft beer.


We recommend booking your table in advance – available while it lasts.


St. Martin’s Menu:

Duck liver sautéed with onions, apples, cranberries and red wine

Goose broth with bread dumplings

Goose leg roasted with apples, served with red and white cabbage, potato pancakes and dumplings

Whole roasted goose with apples, assortment of dumplings, potato pancakes, red and white cabbage Semolina dumplings with poppy seeds and baked plums in rum
